Concert by Ax and the Hatchetmen on The Late Checkout Tour 2026, with The Rare Occasions, at the Aladdin Theater.
Ax and the Hatchetmen play the Aladdin Theater on Friday, October 30, as part of their The Late Checkout Tour 2026. They're the main bill, and they've brought The Rare Occasions along to open the night. The show falls on a Friday, and it's the only Portland date on this run.
Since they're touring The Late Checkout, the set will center on the new material from that record. The tour title itself points to the new songs, and they'll be the core of what they play. The Rare Occasions open, so you'll get two bands in one night rather than just one.

The Aladdin Theater is at 3017 SE Milwaukie Ave, in the city's southeast. Doors open at 7 PM, and the show starts at 8 PM. If you're coming from across town, that hour between doors and the first note gives you plenty of time to get in and settled before things kick off.
