Cultural Vibes Goes Back To The Warehouse

Cultural Vibes are returning to The Warehouse on Saturday 3 October, marking their 34th birthday. It's a long day that runs from 14:00 until 23:45, and the organisers have described it as a very special one. There's a bittersweet edge to it, though: the music licences have expired, so this will be the final ever showing of the warehouse documentary W: A Return To Oz by Daniel Howard-Baker. After the film, a live Q&A panel brings together warehouse legends to talk through it.

You can join Dave Green and the crew from the early afternoon, and there's plenty to do before the dancing starts. A photo gallery of unseen gems and unseen video footage will be on display, including the first full public showing of the 40-minute film of the legendary 1994/5 New Year's Eve party. There's also a flyer exhibit from Phatmedia and a tour of the warehouse's current development.

When the music takes over, the line-up is Jon Dasilva, DiY, Jack Verdi and Ribbz, playing back-to-back vinyl classics. If you're not ready to call it a night when the main event wraps, there's an after-party at Cosmic Kitchen with Mr. D and Verdi to keep things going.

Entry is 18+, and capacity is very limited, so it's worth getting your tickets early. It runs from 14:00 to 23:45 at The Warehouse, 34-36 Union Street, Stonehouse, Plymouth, PL1 3EY, and costs £25 per person.
