Where to Watch the Wimbledon Finals in Plymouth

Wimbledon 2026 is in full swing, running from 29 June to 12 July 2026. The main hub for tennis fans this July is the Piazza on Royal Parade, where the Plymouth City Centre Company has set up the "Wimbledon on the Big Screen" event. Sponsored by Vospers and supported by PL1 Events, this free-to-enter space features a state-of-the-art outdoor mobile screen showing every match of the Championships. The viewing area is equipped with over 200 deckchairs, opening daily at 9:00 am and running until the final match of the evening wraps up.

Alongside the screenings, the Piazza is hosting a full-size enclosed padel court in partnership with Padel United UK and Plymouth Marjon University. Located at the Sundial end, the court offers free public sessions daily from 10:00 am to late, which can be booked via the Playtomic app. You can also watch live demonstrations, including exhibition matches by UK player Jake Bewley on Friday 11 July and Saturday 12 July. For food and drinks, local traders like Bar Nova and Glitzy Girls Sweet Treats are serving themed refreshments, including strawberries and cream, Pimm's, and Prosecco. Additionally, a Continental Market is running on New George Street from 4 July to 12 July 2026, offering global street food and handmade goods.
