The main shop is in Plum, at 345 Unity Trestle Rd, Plum, PA 15239. The company also runs a second location in Kittanning, at 140 North Grant Ave, Kittanning, PA 16201, phone (724) 919-0308. The Kittanning store is by appointment only, and it is open Wednesday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Thursday and Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. It is closed on Mondays, Tuesdays and Sundays, so it is closed today. I don't have the opening hours for the Plum shop, so it is best to call ahead at (412) 704-4367. On Google Maps, the business has a 5.0 rating from 103 reviews, with 94 reviews for Plum and 5 for Kittanning. I don't have the text of those reviews, so I can't quote what customers say.
The shop is also active in the local cycling community. It hosts monthly rides for mountain biking, gravel and city riding, along with group rides and events such as Bikes & Brews rides. It supports the Plum Mustang MTB team, a NICA high school team for grades 6 to 12. The team practiced twice a week at Boyce Park from July to October. There is also a grassroots racing team for mountain bikers and gravel racers of all ages and skill levels. Battles to Bikes is a non-profit, designated in October 2022, that provides bikes to veterans in western Pennsylvania. It has delivered more than 12 bikes so far. Those interested can write to battlestobikes@gmail.com.
