Ruby Waters: Suppre$$ions North America Tour

Ruby Waters brings her Suppre$$ions North America Tour to the Crescent Ballroom on Thursday, March 11, 2027. The show is presented by Psyko Steve and is for ages 21 and over.

Waters is a Canadian singer-songwriter from the BC mountains who got her start busking the streets of Toronto. She put out two EPs early on—2019's Almost Naked and 2020's If It Comes Down to It—the latter earning a Juno Award nomination for Alternative Album of the Year at the 2022 ceremony. Since then, she's toured with Shakey Graves and Dallas Green and played the Osheaga Music Festival.

Her 2024 debut album, What's the Point, led to her sophomore record, SUPPRE$$IONS, out via Wet Records. It's a long one—20 songs written and recorded with Sam Jackson Willows, Harper, and TJ Whitelaw, and finished by mastering engineer Alec Ness. As for where she's coming from, she names Rihanna and Nirvana as her two biggest musical influences.

Doors open at 7 PM, and the show starts at 8 PM. General admission is $35.78 ($26.00 plus $9.78 in fees), and bleachers—which are 21+ only—are $47.37 ($36.00 plus $11.37 in fees). The Crescent Ballroom is at 308 North 2nd Ave in Phoenix.
