A 21+ Shakespearean production of 'Drunk Dracula' by the company Drunk Shakespeare at the Rose Theatre at Arizona Center.
Drunk Shakespeare is taking the stage at the Rose Theatre at Arizona Center on Thursday, October 22, with Drunk Dracula as the featured show. If you've never come across the concept, it's exactly what it sounds like: a performer drinks their way through a Shakespeare play, and the more they drink, the more they start to improvise and veer off-script. This particular run puts Dracula at the center of it, so you'll get the Gothic atmosphere of the story mixed with the usual chaos of the format.
It's a 21+ event, which makes sense given the premise. The whole thing is built around the drinking, so it's definitely an adult crowd. The Rose Theatre is right in the heart of downtown Phoenix, so it's an easy spot to get to if you're already coming in for the evening.
