UK house favourite Alisha plays The Roosevelt with Anoushka and Michael Hooker, presented by Relentless Beats.
Alisha headlines The Roosevelt on Thursday, October 29, with Anoushka b2b Michael Hooker opening the night. The show is presented by Relentless Beats, which bills itself as Arizona's flagship EDM promoter, 'bangin' beats since 1996.'
Alisha is a UK house favorite and a resident DJ at NRJ Ukraine and Play TV. Her sets lean on electro house, future house, bass house, and progressive house—four styles that overlap enough to keep the energy high without feeling like a random shuffle. If you're not familiar with the terms, they all sit within the house music family, with the 'future' and 'bass' sides bringing in the heavier, more synth-driven sounds that work well on a dance floor. The b2b opening set from Anoushka and Michael Hooker means two DJs playing together, trading off and blending their tracks throughout the night.
