Disney On Ice is bringing its 'Jump In!' production to Phoenix early next year, and it's a big one: more than 50 Disney characters on the ice at once. The show runs at the Mortgage Matchup Center, at 201 East Jefferson Street, from Thursday, January 14 to Sunday, January 17, 2027. It's built around world-class figure skating, high-flying aerial acrobatics, special effects, interactive moments and the music you'd expect, and it's become a regular fixture on the local entertainment calendar.

The character list reads like a recent Disney binge. You'll see Moana 2 with its new characters, Inside Out 2 with Anxiety joining Joy, Sadness, Disgust, Anger and Fear, plus Toy Story, Encanto, Frozen, Zootopia and Mickey & Friends. If you're planning your visit, the showtimes are worth knowing before you commit to a day. Thursday and Friday both have a single 7:00 PM show. Saturday is the busiest day with three: 11:00 AM, 3:00 PM and 6:30 PM. Sunday rounds it out with an 11:00 AM and a 3:00 PM. Doors open 60 minutes before each start time, so there's no need to rush in early.
For anyone who wants more than a seat, there's a premium Magical Pass. It lands you reserved seats with some of the best views, a VIP venue entrance to skip the lines where available, and a character greeting with a special Disney star that starts 45 minutes before the show and wraps up 15 minutes before showtime — you're encouraged to bring a device to capture the moment. You also get a collectable VIP lanyard. A few rules come with it: the pass can't be resold or transferred, adults and children ages 2 and up each need their own, children must be with an adult, and the details are emailed at least five days before your show. If you need to add it to ADA seating, buy your ADA seats first and then contact Feld Customer Service at www.FeldEntertainment.com/customer-service. All packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Tickets go through Ticketmaster, and children under 2 get in free if they sit on a parent's lap, though a few arenas still ask for a ticket for everyone. Dressing up as your favorite character is fine, but you can't pose for photos or sign autographs for others, and costumes and masks aren't allowed for anyone 14 or older. A couple of venue notes are worth knowing before you head down. The bag policy is strict: no bags of any size, so leave them at home. Small clutches and crossbody bags are okay if they fit within 14 by 14 by 6 inches, but standard backpacks are out, and professional cameras with detachable lenses and recording devices aren't permitted. The box office at the arena handles everything via mobile delivery, so no printed tickets. Parking is available with more than 700 spaces, including designated spots for people with disabilities, and prices vary by event. It's a lot to keep track of, but once you've picked your showtime and sorted the tickets, the rest is pretty straightforward.
