Food festival with tastings from top chefs and bakers, workshops, DJs and live performances.
The Philadelphia Inquirer is putting on The Inquirer Food Festival 2026 at The Fillmore Philadelphia on Saturday, November 14. It's a full day of eating and drinking, with tastings from some of the city's top chefs and bakers. If you've spent any time following the local food scene, you know the Inquirer keeps a close eye on it, and this is their way of bringing that coverage into a single room.
Beyond the tasting tables, there are workshops running throughout the day, so you can actually learn something rather than just eating your way through the venue. DJs will be spinning and live performances will be scattered across the space, which means the music keeps going while you're moving from one bite to the next. It's a food festival that doesn't stop at the food.
The whole thing kicks off at 11 AM, so you've got the whole afternoon to work your way through the chefs and bakers. Since it's a Saturday, you can take your time with the tastings and the workshops without having to rush home for a workday the next morning. It's a long day of eating, so come hungry.
