TEASE returns for its fifth installment on Friday, November 13, at Fabrika in Fishtown. It's a burlesque show hosted by Bear Trap, with an all-star lineup of performers taking the stage throughout the night.
The bill brings together Elle Dorado, Aquarius Moon, Lady Morango, Adrienne, Nirvana Noire, and Wet Betty. Each act brings its own take on the form, and the night is built around the classic burlesque elements: choreography, costumes, theatrical storytelling, and the kind of confidence and allure that define the art. It's an evening of glamour and seduction in an intimate cabaret setting, with Bear Trap guiding the whole thing.
Fabrika is Philadelphia's first fully immersive dinner theater, and it's a bit more than your standard stage. The space is industrial-chic with multi-level seating, aerial rigs, and a 360-degree hydraulic stage that can move and rotate. If you're coming for dinner, the venue combines fine dining with live entertainment, so you can eat before the show starts. General admission is $49, and there are dinner packages and VIP couch seating available if you want to make a full night of it. Doors open at 6 PM, and the show starts at 7:30 PM. The evening is for ages 21 and over, with an ID check at the door.
