Free storytime session for babies and toddlers aged two and under and their caregivers at Welsh Road Library.
Read, Baby, Read is back at Welsh Road Library on Wednesday, October 21, at 12 PM. It's a storytime session for babies, toddlers, and their caregivers, and it's part of a larger series the library runs throughout the city.
The session is built around stories, songs, rhymes, and bounces, all led by Free Library of Philadelphia staff. It's designed for children aged two and under and their caregivers, and siblings are welcome to join in too. The whole thing is about language and literacy development for the little ones, and the library's Storytimes series across its branches combines stories, songs, rhymes, and movement with free playtime afterward.

It's worth knowing that the Free Library runs more than 28,000 programs for all ages each year, and this one is made possible by a grant from the William Penn Foundation. The session takes place at the Welsh Road Library, located at 9233 Roosevelt Boulevard (Welsh Road & Roosevelt Blvd.) in Philadelphia, PA 19114-2205. It's free to attend.
