A family-friendly Halloween gathering with costumes, trick-or-treating, games, crafts, and a Halloween parade.
PopUpPlay is bringing its Not-So-Scary Halloween Party to Cherry Street Pier on Saturday, October 31, from 11 AM to 1 PM. It's a family-friendly morning on the Philadelphia Waterfront, so if you've got kids and want to get them out of the house before the usual trick-or-treating chaos kicks in, this is a good spot to start the day.
Costumes are encouraged, and the morning is built around the things kids actually want to do on Halloween: trick-or-treating, games, crafts, and treats. There's a hands-on side to it, too. Guests get stuck in and help design the floats and balloons for a big Halloween parade that happens during the event, so the kids aren't just watching the parade go byβthey're part of putting it together. There's also monster karaoke, where families can show off their best monster voices, and other activities to work through throughout the morning.
Every week we pick π the 5 best π things to do in Philadelphia and send them to your inbox. Just one weekly email, no spam.
