Perfectly Paired comes to AVA Rooftop Bar on Friday, October 23, a cocktail tasting night put on by Fever-Tree and Stateside Vodka. It's built around a curated three-course tasting menu, with the Fever-Tree Cocktail Tasting Tower as the centerpiece: four signature cocktails made with Fever-Tree mixers and Stateside Vodka, served for every two guests. If you're going with a friend, that's two drinks each to work through alongside the food.
AVA Rooftop Bar is one of the city's newer rooftop spots, an outdoor space that serves craft cocktails, wine, and Asian-inspired small plates to share, with local DJs providing the music. They also do non-alcoholic mocktails, a full menu of appetizers and savory plates, and VIP table service, and they host private events with live music and curated spaces. The tasting night follows that same vibe, with the drinks and food leading into music and rooftop views over Philadelphia.

The evening starts at 6 PM, and tickets are $30 per person. Between the three courses and the four cocktails shared between two people, it's a full spread for the price.
