Guided after-hours paranormal investigation tour of the historic Laurel Hill East cemetery with Freespirit Paranormal Investigators.
Freespirit Paranormal Investigators are leading a guided paranormal investigation at Laurel Hill East on Friday, October 30, from 7 PM to 10 PM. It's a night tour through one of Philadelphia's great historic cemeteries, and the whole thing is run by the Freespirit team, who'll be showing you around the grounds after dark and pointing out their favorite hotspots and haunts.
Laurel Hill East is a real landscape, not a staged attraction, and this investigation is part of a larger October lineup that leans into that. It follows the cemetery's annual Soul Crawl, an after-dark flashlight tour that tells the storied lives of restless spirits from the late 19th and early 20th centuries and ends with drinks around roaring fire pits. On Halloween afternoon, the Nevermore tour traces Edgar Allan Poe's connections to people buried at Laurel Hill, and there's a Fall Foliage tour for those more interested in old trees and cemetery history than ghosts. If you're planning to do more than one, the investigation is the late-night bookend to the month's programming.
