National Chucky Doll Day Skate

Philly SkatePlex is hosting a National Chucky Doll Day Skate on Sunday, Oct. 25, and it's exactly what it sounds like: a themed skating day built around the horror movie doll. If you've got a thing for Chucky and you like to roll, this is your afternoon. The whole day is dedicated to the character, with spooky treats on hand to keep the vibe going while you're on the floor.

There are two separate sessions to choose from, so you can pick the one that fits your schedule. The first runs from 12:30 to 3:30 PM, and the second goes from 4:30 to 7:30 PM. Since they're spaced out, you can either come in for a midday skate or wait until later in the afternoon and evening. Between the two, there's a gap, so if you're coming with a group, you'll want to decide on one or the other rather than trying to squeeze in both.

It's a themed day, so the spooky treats are part of the draw—the kind of things you'd expect at a Halloween-adjacent event. If you're into the horror side of things, it's a good excuse to get out and skate with a crowd that's on the same page.
