Six weeks of autumn on the Delaware River waterfront with fall decorations, the Pier's Pumpkin Patch, seasonal food and drinks and live entertainment.
Morgan's Pier is leaning into autumn on the Delaware River waterfront with Morgan's Pier Fall Fest, which runs from September 24 through October 31. The pier trades its summer energy for six weeks of fall, with the space decked out in foliage and flowers and the return of the Pier's Pumpkin Patch. It's a long stretch, so you've got plenty of time to swing by whenever the weather holds.
The seasonal menu is built around the time of year: smoked pork belly tacos with squash and peppers, pear and kale pizza, crispy Brussels sprouts tossed with bacon, mac and cheese, warm peach pie, and fresh churros. The drinks follow suit, with a fall sangria, an apple-spiced toddy, and several warm cocktails. The fan favorite is 'Apple Sauce'd', the pier's frozen apple cider slushie, which comes back with a cider donut on top.
Every Monday is Yappy Hour, when four-legged friends are invited in. The pier's Yappy Hours have historically supported local animal organizations. The whole season runs through Halloween, closing with the annual Halloween Bash and the 'Drink the Bar Dry' party, a longtime end-of-season tradition.
