Children's puppet show for ages 3-7 that weaves 'The Three Little Pigs', 'Goldilocks and the Three Bears' and 'The Three Billy Goats Gruff' into one story.
Mermaid Theatre of Nova Scotia brings The Three Little Pigs and Other Tales to the Harold Prince Theatre at the University of Pennsylvania from March 7 through March 9, 2027. It's a production for ages 3 to 7, part of a Children's Festival, and it's told with puppetry, narration, and an original score.
Rather than sticking to one story, the show weaves together three classics: The Three Little Pigs, Goldilocks and the Three Bears, and The Three Billy Goats Gruff. The thread that ties them together is a brave raccoon and a clever mouse who set out on a treasure hunt and, along the way, end up helping the goats, bears, and pigs stay one step ahead of disaster. It turns those familiar tales into a single journey about friendship and courage.
