Halloween Gazela takes place on Saturday, October 31, from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM aboard the Gazela Primero, a real historic tall ship moored at Penn's Landing on Philadelphia's Delaware River waterfront. It's a Halloween adventure for children, and the ship itself is the main draw—you're not just visiting a themed room, you're actually stepping on board a tall ship.
They encourage kids to come in costume, and the afternoon is built around a few different activities. There's a treasure hunt to work through, temporary pirate tattoos to get, and hands-on activities that introduce them to life aboard a ship. It's designed for children 12 and under, with no minimum age, and an adult has to accompany and supervise.
