If you're coming to her from the American Idol days, you'll remember her as the fan favorite who finished third on season 10 back in 2011. She eventually went back to the show as a mentor, coaching contestants in the soul genre. Since then, she's put out four solo albums: Listen Up! (2012) on Interscope, Better (2016) on Red Dot, What's That Sound? (2017) on Concord, and Lo-Fi Soul (2019) on her own Reinhart Records. In 2022, she added the EP Off The Ground, with seven original songs she wrote or co-wrote.
Reviewers describe her voice as timeless, at home in the sixties as in the TikTok age. That soul background she coached on Idol runs through the records, and the Philadelphia date is billed as a one-night performance, so it's her only stop here on this run.

The show is at City Winery Philadelphia, 990 Filbert St, with doors opening at 6 PM and the music starting at 7:30 PM. Tickets are $48.
