Free workshop by the Philadelphia Federal Credit Union on everyday financial choices, goal setting and strategies for confident money decisions.
Philadelphia Federal Credit Union (PFCU) is hosting a workshop on Financial Decision Making at the Northeast Regional Library on Wednesday, October 21. It runs from 3 PM to 4 PM, and it's free to attend.
The session is part of a broader Financial Literacy Series PFCU is running in partnership with the PA Office of Attorney General. The whole program is built for everyone from teens earning their first paycheck to adults looking to get more out of their finances. Each presentation in the series focuses on a specific topic, so you can work through the process step by step or just drop in for the areas that interest you most. Other sessions in the series cover things like making the most of bank accounts, building credit, and balancing a budget.
This particular one focuses on the everyday choices we make with our money. It covers goal setting and strategies for making confident financial decisions, the kind of practical stuff that comes up in daily life rather than high-level theory. PFCU is returning to the library to help people develop the money-management skills they describe as defining modern life, with better financial decision-making at the center of it.
