East of Eden: A 2-Part Book Club (Part 2)

Parkway Central Library is hosting the second half of its two-part book club on Tuesday, November 3, at 6 PM. The group is working its way through John Steinbeck's East of Eden, and this session focuses on parts 3 and 4 of the novel.

If you're just now joining in, here's how the whole thing was set up: the first meeting took place on Tuesday, October 6, and covered parts 1 and 2. This second gathering picks up right where that left off, so you'll want to have parts 3 and 4 read before you show up. If you've been following along since October, this is the wrap-up; if you're jumping in late, you'll know exactly where the conversation is starting.

The meeting is held in Philbrick Hall, Room 108, inside the Parkway Central Library at 1901 Vine Street, between 19th and 20th Streets in Philadelphia. It's a free event, so there's no ticket to buy or reservation to make—just bring your copy of the book and show up ready to talk about it. The session starts at 6 PM, and since it's the second of two, it's the one that brings the whole reading together.
