Weekly Tuesday session where children explore building toys like Legos and blocks in a creative building session.
Construction Club is back at the Fumo Family Library on Tuesday, October 27, for another afternoon of building. It's a creative session for kids to spend a few hours working with building toys, with LEGO and blocks as the main draw. The whole point is just to get them building and creating, so it's as much about the process as it is about whatever they end up making.
If you've got kids who spend their free time snapping bricks together or stacking blocks, this is right up their alley. It's a dedicated space for them to focus on building without having to worry about cleaning up the living room afterward. The session is open to children, and the focus stays on the building toys throughout.

It runs from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM, which makes it a good after-school activity for a Tuesday afternoon. The Fumo Family Library is at 2437 South Broad Street, at the corner of Porter and Broad in South Philly, so it's easy to get to if you're already in the neighborhood. The session is part of a regular Tuesday series, so if this one works for your schedule, it's a good one to keep on your radar.
