Tuned - Halloween Warm-up Special

Tuned takes over Rock City on Thursday 22 October, with the night running from 10:00 pm. It's billed as Nottingham's biggest student night, and it's a regular fixture here, taking over the venue every Thursday. This particular one is the Halloween Warm-up Special, so it's the first themed night of the season.

The whole thing is built around 2-for-1 drinks all night long, and that runs across six bars and three rooms, so you've got plenty of space to move between them. The standout addition for this special is a silent disco in the Beta Room, where you can switch between channels and pick your own music on headphones. With three rooms to work with, you can drift from the main floor to the Beta Room and back again without having to leave the building.

Rock City is well-known in the city for its production, and that's on full display here. It was named 'Best Live Music Venue' at the Nottingham Bar and Club Awards, and the setup reflects it: lasers, smoke machines, CO2, LED screens, a £1,000,000 lighting rig, and confetti cannons. It's the kind of gear usually reserved for big touring acts, and it's all running for a student night.

So, if you're looking for a way to kick off the Halloween season a bit early, Tuned is at Rock City on Thursday 22 October from 10:00 pm, with 2-for-1 drinks all night across six bars and three rooms, and a silent disco in the Beta Room.
