Halloween party hosted by Tropiloco at Ocean Nightclub, with big beats and high energy for students.
Tropiloco is taking over Ocean on Saturday 31 October for Trop Or Treat, their Halloween special. It's the biggest Halloween party in Nottingham, and it's one of the nights that defines the city's student scene around this time of year.
If you've been around the student circuit, you'll know Tropiloco isn't just a one-off. It's run by Loosedays Nottingham, who position themselves as the number one player in the UK's student nightlife scene. They run a stable of weekly student events, and Tropiloco sits alongside Dvotion and Unit.90 — three nights that share the same DNA: big beats, bold production and high energy. They're designed to pull in large student crowds, and they do it by keeping the music loud and the atmosphere high.
Tropiloco has a bit of a track record beyond Nottingham, too. It's taken the country by storm, with sold-out events in Newcastle, Leeds, Manchester, Liverpool and even Belfast. This Halloween edition is the local version of that same formula, just with the Trop Or Treat theme on top. It's the kind of night that works best when you're going with a group and leaning into the whole thing.

It kicks off at 22:00 on Saturday 31 October and runs right through until Sunday 1 November, so it's a proper late one. You'll find it at Ocean Nightclub, Greyfriar Gate, Nottingham, NG1 7EF, right in the heart of the city. Tickets start from £8.00.
