Over-18s Halloween special rave with house and disco beats at The Secret Garden in Nottingham.
Secret Garden Rave is back at The Secret Garden on Saturday 24 October, this time as a Halloween Special. It's a house and disco night, and the organisers are billing it as a one for more than 350 ravers, so it's a fair bit bigger than your usual Saturday night out in the city.
The venue is at 17 Trinity Walk, NG1 2AN, and it's fully covered, which is the main thing to keep in mind if you're planning your outfit — you won't be worrying about the weather, so you can lean into the Halloween side of things without having to think about the rain. It's built a following as one of Nottingham's favourite party spots, and this is one of the nights that has helped it get there.
As for what's on the decks, it's house and disco beats throughout, with a soundtrack curated for the whole night rather than just a few headliners. It's the kind of thing that works better the longer you stay, so if you're planning to make a proper night of it, you've got plenty of room to settle in. The music runs from 22:30 right through to 03:00, which is a good stretch of dancefloor if you're coming from a few drinks elsewhere first.

Entry is strictly over-18s, and you'll need photo ID at the door, so don't leave yours at home. Tickets are between £6 and £12, depending on when you get them, and the night runs from 22:30 until 03:00 at The Secret Garden, 17 Trinity Walk, NG1 2AN.
