Property Deal Network Nottingham - PDN Networking Event

Property Deal Network Nottingham is back at The Alchemist on Wednesday 4 November, from 19:00. It's a monthly meetup for property investors, developers and professionals in the city who prefer to do business face-to-face, and this one falls on the first Wednesday of the month, which is when the group usually meets — every month except December.

The format is intentionally stripped back: no presentations, no pitches from the front, just arrive, grab a drink and start talking. People bring deals, others bring capital, and some turn up sourcing their next project or looking for joint-venture partners and professional services. The room mixes first-time investors and portfolio landlords with developers, sourcing agents, brokers, solicitors, architects and accountants.

Entry is free on the understanding that everyone buys a drink at full price, and the dress code is smart casual with no sportswear. It's for over-18s only, with ID requested at the door. For industry professionals, there are a limited number of paid promotion tickets available, which add a mailing to all attendees of that and previous dates, plus an Instagram story and a WhatsApp group status.
