Weekly Saturday pop club night held at K TWO in Nottingham.
Pop Afters is taking over K-TWO in Nottingham every Saturday night, starting from 24 October and running through to 26 December. It's a pop music club night, so the dancefloor is built around the pop records you already know, and it's on every Saturday for ten weeks straight, which means you can drop in once or make a habit of it.
One thing to get straight about the timing: this is an after-hours club. The sessions run from 2:00 AM to 6:30 AM, so it's for when the rest of your night is already sorted and you're looking for something to keep you going into the early hours. If you're out on a Saturday, it's the kind of thing you head to after the main event has wound down, rather than where you start your evening. The pop focus keeps it straightforward, too — no need to know a specific scene or a niche genre to get into it.
K-TWO is at 76-80 Lower Parliament Street, and you get in via NG ONE, so keep that in mind when you're making your way there. It's right in the thick of the city, easy enough to find if you're already out in town. The whole run goes from 24 October through to 26 December, so it'll be on the go right up until the Christmas break.
