A reformer Pilates class followed by a goal-setting and planning session with Move By Ashleigh, limited to eight places.
Move By Ashleigh is bringing her Pilates & Planning session to Flo & Her Days Nottingham on Sunday 10 January, from 1:30 pm to 4 pm. It's a two-part afternoon that puts a reformer class and a goal-setting workshop back-to-back, so you get the movement and the planning in one go.
The first half is a 50-minute reformer Pilates class, open to all levels, so you don't need to be a regular to jump in. After that, the focus shifts to a one-hour goal-setting and planning session. If you've been to a Pilates & Planning session before, the planning part leans more into keeping you accountable to the goals you've already set, rather than starting from scratch.
Ashleigh runs the session as a life coach, and she's been helping people across a range of personal and business goals since 2020. She describes Pilates & Planning as the point where her two worlds come together—the physical work of the reformer and the mental work of mapping out what's next. With spaces limited to eight, it's a small group, and there's a £5 voucher included towards a snack or drink, along with the chance to connect with the other people in the room.
