RnB-inspired bingo night with old-school classics and modern hits, dance competitions and challenges at NG-One.
Old Skool Bingo is taking over NG-One on Saturday 24 October, and it's not the quiet affair you're probably thinking of. If you've only ever known bingo as a hushed hall with a dabber and a voice calling numbers, this is a different beast entirely. It's an RnB-inspired twist on the classic game, and it trades the silence for a night out on the dancefloor.
Between the bingo rounds, the speakers run through old-school classics and modern bangers, and there's an MC leading the whole thing. It's not just about the numbers, either: they run dance competitions and challenges throughout the night, so you're as likely to be on your feet as you are marking off your card. There are prizes and surprises mixed in, too, so there's something to play for beyond just the win.
If you're planning it for a group, it's worth knowing they do birthday and hen packages, so it works as a proper night out with a crowd rather than just a few friends. The whole thing is built around RnB, so that's the sound that'll be running through the night.
