A RnB bingo night with an MC, classic bingo rounds, crazy games and challenges at NG-ONE.
Old Skool Bingo is coming to NG-One on Saturday 16 January, from 6 pm to 9 pm. It's a bingo night with an RnB twist, and it's exactly what the name suggests: the classic game we all know, but with RnB music running through it. If you're into that sound, it's a good way to spend a Saturday evening in the city.
It's not just about the bingo, though. The night is built around RnB, and the organisers describe it as a celebration of everything RnB. An MC hosts the whole thing, running the bingo rounds and mixing in crazy games and ridiculous challenges throughout the night. Between the numbers, there are prizes and surprises to keep it moving, so it's more of a full evening's entertainment than just a few games of bingo. If you've ever found a standard bingo hall a bit too quiet, this is the opposite end of that spectrum.

The whole thing runs from 6 pm to 9 pm, so it's an early one — you'll be out by nine, which is handy if you've got other plans for the rest of your Saturday. It's held at NG-One, 76-80 Lower Parliament Street, Nottingham NG1 1EH, right in the city centre. Tickets start from £19.80, and since it's a Saturday night in January, it's a decent shout for a group outing when there's not much else going on. If you fancy a night of RnB and a bit of competitive bingo, that's the one.
