Nottingham Wildcats v Newcastle Eagles

Nottingham Wildcats take on the Newcastle Eagles at the Nottingham Wildcats Arena on Saturday 19 December, a regular-season clash in the Super League Basketball league. It's a straightforward home game: two professional sides meeting for a win, with the result counting towards their respective standings in the league.

For context, the Super League is described as Britain's elite basketball league, so this is the top flight of the domestic game. The Wildcats are playing on their own court, and the Eagles are making the trip down from the North East, which is always a good reason to get along to the arena and get behind the home side.

The game is at the Nottingham Wildcats Arena on Greenwood Road in Bakersfield, NG3 7EB. Doors open at 18:00, so you've got plenty of time to get in and find a spot before tip-off. If you're bringing the family, there's a family ticket for two adults and two children at £17, which works out a fair bit cheaper than buying them separately. Otherwise, it's £8.80 for adults (16+) and £5.50 for children (4-15), both including fees.
