Nottingham Games Night

AFROSOCIAL are hosting a games night at Revolución de Cuba Nottingham on Friday 6 November, from 8:00pm to 11:00pm. It's built around the table-top classics most of us grew up with — UNO, Connect 4, Jenga and card games — and they pitch it as a warm, welcoming night for people to meet and unwind. If you're coming alone, the games give you something easy to do while you get to know the people at your table, so it works just as well as a group outing.

The night sits alongside the AfroSocial Annual Membership, an all-access pass to their exclusive events and a network of Black professionals across the UK. They describe the membership as being about building safe, inclusive spaces for Black professionals to connect, learn and thrive, and this games night is one of those spaces — a chance to step away from work and just hang out.

It's at Revolución de Cuba on Market Street, right in the city centre, so it's an easy one to get to. Tickets run from £7 to £16.50, and it runs from 8:00pm to 11:00pm on Friday 6 November.
