Under-18 Halloween club night with Mania U18 and Shutdown, with guest performances from Chad Harrison, playing drum and bass, grime and house.
Mania U18 and Shutdown are joining forces for a Halloween special at Secret Vault on Friday 30 October. It's two promoters sharing one bill, and the whole night is curated for an under-18 crowd, so it's a proper early one rather than a late-night clubber. The music is built around drum & bass, grime and house, with a minimum age of 14+.
On the decks is Chad Harrison, who'll be leading the night, with guest performances filling out the bill. Between the two promoters and the guests, you'll get a good run of drum & bass, grime and house, and the Halloween theme runs through the whole thing. It's an under-18 night, so it's one of the few places in the city where you can get a club atmosphere without needing to stay up until the early hours.

Secret Vault is at 5 Talbot Street in the city centre, NG1 5RH. Doors open at 17:00, and the night runs until 21:00, so it's a five-hour window. Last entry is 19:00, so if you're coming from school or work, you've got a bit of leeway, but you'll want to be in by then. Tickets are £12 to £15.
