Weekly Monday wellbeing session run by the Sowing Sneinton community gardening group at Lindum Grove Community Garden.
Sowing Sneinton's wellbeing sessions run every Monday at Lindum Grove Community Garden in Sneinton, Nottingham NG2 3GH, from 23 September 2026 through to 31 March 2027. The final session on that last day runs from 10:00 to 11:30.
There's a two-week break over Christmas: the last session of 2026 is on 16 December, and the first one back is on 6 January 2027. Between those, the sessions keep going every Monday morning.
Sowing Sneinton is a community gardening and wellbeing group that's been running for 24 years, founded and run by local people. They set it up to look after neglected green spaces in Sneinton, increase biodiversity and food security, and reach out to isolated and disadvantaged people. The sessions are run by the group and supported by Nottingham Growing Network and Public Health Nottingham. Ellen Angus is the one listed on the programme.

Since there's no water supply at the Grove, you'll need to bring your own water. A yoga mat, a blanket, and extra clothes are also recommended. There's a compost toilet on site, and a plumbed-in one at the nearby Two'j supermarket. If you're driving, parking is available on Lindum Grove or on Meadow Lane. A £1 donation is suggested if you can afford it.
