Student-only club night at the City SU with resident DJs on the dancefloor, laser light shows and music across three floors.
District returns to The Level on Saturday 7 November, this time as a 360 Special. It's one of Nottingham's biggest student-only club nights, run by Trent Events — the official event brand of Nottingham Trent Students Union — and held at the City SU on Shakespeare Street.
The 360 Special edition changes the usual setup. Instead of the DJs tucked away in a booth, they're positioned in the centre of the dancefloor, surrounded by the crowd in a boiler-room-inspired layout. Laser light shows run throughout, and there are student drink deals on the night.
It's a three-floor affair, so you can move between them as the mood shifts. The lower levels are the residents' territory, where they work through chart, house, drum and bass, and techno. The top floor is a different room entirely, dedicated to R&B, hip hop, grime, afrobeats, and dancehall. If you're not sure which one to stick with, you can just drift between the floors and switch genres whenever you fancy.

One thing to keep in mind: it's strictly student-only, so you'll need to show your student card at the door to get in. It runs from 10:30pm to 3am, and you'll find it at The Level, City SU, Shakespeare St, Nottingham, NG1 4GH.
