Disney's princess, hero and villain songs brought to life on stage by West End and Broadway stars with animation and theatrical effects.
Disney Princess - The Concert comes to the Royal Concert Hall on Thursday 25 March 2027, as part of its first-ever major UK and Ireland tour. Disney Concerts and Cuffe & Taylor have put together a 48-date run, and Nottingham is one of the stops. It's a night built around the music of Disney's princesses, brought to the stage by a cast of Broadway and West End stars.
The set doesn't just stick to the princesses, though. The performers sing the princess, hero and villain songs, so you'll get the big ballads alongside the more character-driven numbers. Between the songs, they share behind-the-scenes stories from their time on stage and screen, giving a bit of a look at the work that goes into these roles. The music runs against larger-than-life animation and theatrical effects, so it's as much about what's happening on the screens as what's happening on the stage.
It's a family-friendly one, and there's a rule to keep in mind: under-14s have to be accompanied by an adult. If you're planning to bring the kids, that's the main thing to sort before you book.
