Late-night Diwali celebration with music, food and cultural activities from Freshta, harpriya, M75 and Jimmy Rocket.
Cold Brewed Diwali takes over The Model on Friday 6 November, a night that brings the festive spirit of the traditional Indian celebration into a contemporary setting. Rather than following custom alone, it's a version of the occasion you take in through music, food and cultural activities, with the celebration running well into the early hours.
On the decks are Freshta, harpriya, M75 and Jimmy Rocket, who'll be taking turns across the night. The four of them provide the music that sits at the heart of the event, and since it's a Diwali-themed night, you can expect the sound to lean into that festive energy. It's a long one, too: the music starts at 22:00 on Friday and keeps going until 03:00 on Saturday morning, so there's plenty of room to settle in.
Beyond the music, the night is built around food and cultural activities, so it's not just about the dancefloor. The whole thing is themed around Diwali, the Indian festival of lights, and that's what gives the evening its shape. It's a contemporary take on the celebration, with the music, food and activities taking centre stage rather than the traditional customs.
