Belle & Sebastian play their 2026 UK tour, performing Tigermilk and If You're Feeling Sinister in full followed by a second set of favourites.
Belle & Sebastian play Rock City on Friday 11 December, as part of a run of dates marking 30 years of Tigermilk and If You're Feeling Sinister. The Nottingham show is one stop on a 2026 tour that takes them through the UK, Europe, the US, Canada and Mexico, before they finish with two hometown shows in Glasgow on 26 and 27 June. The Nottingham date sits alongside stops at The LCR in Norwich, The Great Hall in Cardiff and Bristol Beacon.
The two records were first released in 1996, and since then they've become fixtures on 'greatest of all time' lists, their songs appearing on mixtapes and playlists for decades. Pitchfork called Tigermilk 'immaculate', and The Guardian described If You're Feeling Sinister as 'subtly poetic, wickedly funny, and gorgeously melodic.'
Each night pairs one of those albums in its entirety with a second set of the band's best-loved songs. On the Nottingham night, that's Tigermilk played from start to finish, followed by a second set of favourites. It's a double-bill in one evening: the full record as it was first put together, and then a selection of the songs they're most known for.
