ALT: Haunted Affairs

ALT are taking over OZ Bar Nottingham on Tuesday 27 October for Haunted Affairs, a club night that runs from 21:00 right through until Wednesday morning. If you've been to their usual nights, this one is a bit of a shift: they're billing it as a darker take on the usual ALT energy, so it's less of the bright, high-energy vibe and more of a late-night, after-hours feel. The drinks flow all night, and there are massive giveaways running throughout, so it's built to keep going long after the early crowd has headed home.

On the decks is DJ Yacuban, with more acts to be announced as the date gets closer. The night is presented by ALT — short for AboutLastTwosday — and it's their spin on a Halloween clubber, so it's as much about the room as it is about the music. Costumes are encouraged, and they're handing out prizes for the scariest, funniest and sexiest looks, so there's a good excuse to actually put some effort in rather than just turning up in your usuals.

It's an 18+ event, and you'll need your ID to get in. Entry is £6.00, and it kicks off at 21:00 at OZ Bar, 19 St James's St, Nottingham NG1 6FH.
