Halloween house music night from the student series Allure at Calluna, with a mandatory fancy dress theme.
Allure is back at Calluna on Thursday 29 October for a Halloween special, part of the 'Every Thursday at Calluna' series presented by Bacardi. They describe it as Nottingham's most exclusive student house music experience, where elegance meets the dance floor, and this one falls under the banner 'ALLURE - Elevated student nights, redefined'.
There's a bit more to this one than the usual Thursday. It's a Monte Carlo theme, and fancy dress is mandatory. The dress code is strictly enforced, and the venue reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who hasn't made an effort, so you'll want to put some thought into your outfit rather than just throwing something together on the way. If you've got a valid student ID, you'll get student drinks deals all night.

One thing to keep in mind: pre-booking is essential. They say the night sells out every week, so if you're planning on going, it's better to sort your tickets early than to turn up and find the doors closed. The night runs from 10:30pm to 3:00am at Calluna, 11 Forman Street, NG1 4AA, with tickets ranging from £8 to £13.20.
