1st Annual Networking Spooktacular

RACE: Risk & Compliance Events are hosting the 1st Annual Networking Spooktacular at Bar Esquina on Thursday 29 October, from 5 pm to 9 pm. It's the first in what they're planning as an annual series, and they've teamed up with Highlight Networking to put it on. The evening is an in-person networking event, and the proceeds go to The Bipolar Lift.

The organisers describe it as a night where spooky vibes meet new connections, and they're leaning into the festive side of things rather than anything formal. The idea is to mix and mingle in a relaxed atmosphere, and they've even suggested trading ghost stories with the people you meet. It's more of a social evening than a structured business event, so you can drift around the room and chat at your own pace.

Each ticket includes a welcome drink, food from the buffet, and a £5 donation to The Bipolar Lift. The organisers make it clear there are no refunds, so it's one to commit to if you're going. General admission is £29, and it goes up to £40 on the door, though RACE members get in for £15. That puts the night at Bar Esquina, 108 Upper Parliament Street, Nottingham NG1 6LF, on Thursday 29 October, 5 pm to 9 pm.
