A night of tribute music featuring The Gerry Cinna-Man Experience, Noel Gallagher's High Flying Carpets and Sam Offender at O2 City Hall.
Noel Gallagher's High Flying Carpets head up a triple bill at O2 City Hall on Saturday 17 October, with The Gerry Cinna-Man Experience and Sam Offender sharing the bill. It's a night of three tributes to three different artists, all on one stage.
Noel Gallagher's High Flying Carpets describe themselves as the UK's biggest tribute to the music of Oasis and Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds. They'll be running through the Oasis songs most people know — 'Don't Look Back in Anger', 'Champagne Supernova', 'Supersonic' and 'Masterplan' — and mixing them with newer material from the solo project, including 'What A Life', 'Holy Mountain' and 'If I Had A Gun'.
Opening the night is The Gerry Cinna-Man Experience, Gary Digan's tribute to Gerry Cinnamon. He bills it as the UK's premier and definitive tribute to Cinnamon, built on upbeat acoustic guitars, soulful harmonica and heartfelt vocals, with anthemic sing-along tracks laced with social commentary. Sam Offender rounds out the line-up, described as the ultimate tribute to Sam Fender.
