Wags & Walks Benefit Concert

Wags & Walks returns to Assembly Food Hall on Wednesday, October 21, for its third benefit concert. It's a night of music in support of dog rescue, so the whole thing is built around raising money for the cause.

The lineup for this edition is Bailey Zimmerman, Lanie Gardner, Jesse Solomon, and Fancy Hagood. That's four different voices on one bill, each taking a turn throughout the evening. Since it's a benefit, the music is the draw, but the reason behind it—helping rescue dogs—is what brings the night together.

It's happening at the Skydeck on Broadway, which is the rooftop space at Assembly Food Hall, 5055 Broadway, Nashville, TN 37203. Being up there puts you right over the heart of Broadway, so you've got the city around you while the music goes on.

Doors open at 5 PM, and the show runs from 6:30 to 10 PM. That's a good stretch of music to work through, so you've got plenty of time to settle in before the first act takes the stage. If you're coming from work or heading in from across town, getting there closer to 5 gives you a bit of a buffer before things really get moving.
