A three-day Halloween bar crawl with wristband access to participating bars and drink specials, requiring a valid ID for those aged 21 and over.
Trick or Drink is taking over downtown Nashville for three separate nights this October: 10/24, 10/30, and 10/31. It's a Halloween bar crawl run by Barcrawlerz, and they've framed it as an adult twist on the old trick-or-treating tradition. The whole thing works around a wristband: you buy your ticket in advance, pick up your wristband during registration, and that band gets you into every participating bar on the route with no cover and drink specials all night. Along with the wristband, you get a map of the bars and the specials each one is running.
Registration happens at Nashville Live! (128 2nd Ave N, Nashville, TN 37201). The crawl runs across three dates, and you can drop in for one or hit all three. The first is Saturday, October 24, from 4 PM to 2 AM, with registration open from 4 PM to 10 PM. The second is Friday, October 30, from 6 PM to 2 AM, with registration from 6 PM to 11 PM. The third is Saturday, October 31—Halloween itself—from 4 PM to 2 AM, with registration from 4 PM to 10 PM. If you're planning to go, keep in mind that registration closes a few hours before the bars stop serving, so you'll want to get your wristband early enough to actually use it.

Once you've got your wristband, you can work your way through the participating bars, which include Bootleggers Inn, Broadway Brewpub & Grub, DraftKings Sports & Social, Hard Rock Cafe, PBR, and Redneck Riviera. Each one is on the map, and the wristband takes care of the cover charge at every stop. Halloween dress-up is encouraged, so it's a good excuse to pull out a costume. The event is for ages 21 and over, and you'll need a valid ID to get in. If you're doing more than one night, the registration windows shift slightly between the Friday and the Saturdays, so double-check your times before you head downtown.
