Concert by the singer-songwriter trio Tiny Habits, featuring opening act Craig Morgan, at the historic Grand Ole Opry House.
Tiny Habits play the Grand Ole Opry House on Saturday, November 14, with Craig Morgan opening. The trio consists of Maya Rae, Cinya Khan and Judah Mayowa, three singer-songwriters who met at Berklee College of Music in Boston and formed at the start of 2022.
Their start was as low-key as it gets: they recorded three-part harmonies in their dorm stairwell and posted them on social media, a habit that eventually drove them to viral success. Their first two original singles, "pennies (voice memo)" and "hemenway," came out at the end of 2022 and have since gathered more than a million plays across streaming platforms. Their debut EP, Tiny Things, followed in April 2023.
Since then, they've spent a fair amount of time on the road. They opened for Gracie Abrams on her Good Riddance Tour across North America before heading out on their own sold-out US Tiny Tour. Along the way, they've collaborated with Mark Ronson, JP Saxe and Lizzy McAlpine, and they've been working with producer Tony Berg — who has worked with Phoebe Bridgers and boygenius — on a new album. The New Yorker called them "The Prodigies of Harmonies," and Sir Elton John praised them on his Rocket Hour radio programme.
