Tim Miner performs with Benjy Gaither, Tabitha Fair, Chip Davis, Zach Gonzalez and Chris Rodriguez, covering over 50 years of music.
Tim Miner plays 3rd & Lindsley Bar and Grill on Tuesday, October 13, with a full band and a few surprise guests. He's bringing along Benjy Gaither, Tabitha Fair, Chip Davis, Zach Gonzalez, and Chris Rodriguez, and the set is built to cover more than 50 years of music. The night starts at 7:30 PM.
Miner comes from Dell City, Oklahoma, and got his start when Stevie Wonder discovered him and brought him to Motown Records. Since then, he's written and produced for a long list of names: Al Green, Gladys Knight, Dionne Warwick, Steve Perry, Paula Abdul, Justin Bieber, Brian McKnight, and BeBe and CeCe Winans. He's joined on stage by childhood friend Tabitha Fair, who has worked with Sting, Lady Gaga, Bruno Mars, and Steely Dan, and by Chris Rodriguez, who has played with Kenny Loggins, Boz Scaggs, and Michael McDonald. Rounding out the group are multi-instrumentalist Benjy Gaither, son of Bill and Gloria Gaither, and Texas-born guitar virtuoso Zach Gonzales. Between them, they've touched a wide range of styles and eras, and the setlist reflects that, pulling from five decades of music. There's also word of surprise guests joining in throughout the night.
