Monthly Sunday supper series with visiting chef and sommelier at Bacco, inside Four Seasons Hotel, featuring a four-course family-style tasting menu.
Bacco is running a Sunday supper series called The Big Night through the end of the year, with the first one landing on Sunday, October 25. It's a monthly thing at the restaurant inside the Four Seasons Hotel Nashville, and the premise is simple: they fly in a visiting chef and a sommelier for one Sunday each month. Each dinner is a four-course, family-style tasting menu built around a single featured ingredient, served at communal tables with cocktail and wine pairings. The whole thing is designed to be shared, so you're eating with the people around you rather than just your own party.
For the October 25 dinner, the visiting chef is Christophe de Lellis of Mamani in Dallas, paired by sommelier Alex Burch of Bad Idea. The series keeps going after that: November 15 brings in Chef Joe Sasto for a lamb-focused menu paired by sommelier David Stasko, and December 13 features Chef Adam Sobel doing a Feast of the Seven Fishes, paired by master sommelier Jeremy Shanker. Each month brings a different chef, a different sommelier, and a different menu.
Once dinner wraps, the Terrazza—Bacco's open-air terrace—turns into a Cognac & Dessert Garden. You'll find desserts and confections from Four Seasons pastry chefs Hector Llompart and Jonathan Pereira, a curated counter of French and Italian cheeses, and Hennessy Paradis Cognac tastings led by the brand's global ambassadors, all with Parisian-inspired live music playing. It's the part of the night that lets you linger long after the main meal is over.
