NFL regular season football game between the Tennessee Titans and the Houston Texans at Nissan Stadium, also serving as the Titans' annual Crucial Catch game.
The Tennessee Titans host the Houston Texans at Nissan Stadium on Sunday, Oct. 11, at noon CDT. It's the first time the two AFC South rivals meet this season, and they both enter the game with 0-4 records. The matchup is the 25th season of the rivalry, which dates back to 2002 when Houston joined the NFL and the AFC South was formed. The all-time series is deadlocked at 24-24, with each team holding 12 wins on their own home turf, though Houston has won the last three meetings.
Beyond the game, this is the Titans' annual Crucial Catch game. It's the campaign each NFL team designates to raise awareness for early cancer detection and risk reduction, and you'll see it reflected in on-field and in-stadium elements throughout the day. If you're following the season from home, the game airs regionally on CBS via Nashville affiliate WTVF NewsChannel 5 and on Paramount+ in the Nashville market, while the Titans Radio Network and flagship 104.5 The Zone carry it on the radio.
