Spellbound Rooftop Brunch

Spellbound is the weekend rooftop brunch at The Pool Club, the pool and terrace area of Virgin Hotels Nashville, and it's running every Saturday and Sunday. The hotel sits on Music Row, a few minutes from The Gulch and downtown, so it's easy to get to if you're coming from either end of the city. The brunch itself is a mix of rooftop views, brunch classics, DJ beats, and cocktails.

Right now, Spellbound is part of The Apothecary Pop-Up, an autumn takeover of The Pool Club that runs from Friday, September 11, through Thursday, October 29, 2026. The pop-up is billed as enchanting, with mystical decor, festive touches, bewitching cocktails, and an elixir-inspired atmosphere. It's a seasonal shift for the space, so the vibe changes depending on when you drop in.

If you're around on Fridays, the pop-up adds a few more things to the mix. There are complimentary tarot readings from 7 PM to 9 PM, and the bar serves elixir-inspired drinks like 'The Two of Cups', 'The Devil', 'Remedy', and 'Penicillin'. The hotel also programs live entertainment and themed sessions across its other venues: Commons Club Restaurant, Funny Library Coffee Shop, and The Late Great cocktail bar, alongside Magic & Mixers, Tarot & Tonics, and Friday Sounds.
