Multimedia concert celebrating 35 years of Sonic the Hedgehog with live music and synchronized HD footage.
Sonic Live in Concert comes to the Ryman Auditorium on Monday, October 19, 2026, at 7:30 PM. It's a multimedia show marking 35 years of Sonic the Hedgehog, and it's built around two things running at once: live music and synchronized HD footage. The music is performed live on stage, and the footage is timed to match it, so the two work together throughout the set.
The 35-year mark is the whole reason for the show, and the music and visuals are both tied to that. The HD footage is projected in sync with the live performance, so you're seeing the imagery and hearing the music as a single piece rather than one following the other. It's a multimedia format, meaning the visual side is as much a part of the experience as the sound.
Because it's a celebration of 35 years of the character, the show pulls from the long history of the series. The music and the footage are both tied to that timeline, and the two are kept in sync from start to finish. The live music is played right there in the room, and the HD footage is projected alongside it, so the whole thing is built around that pairing.
